Julianne is Head of Reward for Hg, overseeing the firm’s compensation framework (including salary and bonuses) as well as employee benefits, carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
Experience
Julianne’s career started with Macquarie Group in Australia, who sponsored her transfer to London in 2006. Over a period of almost two decades she held a number of roles within the Macquarie HR and reward teams, most recently as the global reward lead for Macquarie Asset Management. In addition to reward advisory, Julianne also has experience with remuneration regulations and spent six months at Wells Fargo in a remuneration regulation and advisory role focusing on the Irish banking entity and the European Asset Management business. Julianne joined Hg in 2025 to lead the reward team.
