Joshua Chan

Joshua focuses on FP&A, corporate finance, financial modelling and BI within Hg's Firm Finance team. As one of the team's AI Champions, Joshua also leads work on bringing AI and modern data tools into how the function plans and reports.

Before joining Hg in 2025, Joshua worked in corporate finance at Moore Kingston Smith, across M&A advisory and transaction services, including performing financial modelling and valuations, and leading financial due diligence for private equity and trade buyers. He then moved to PrismFP, in an investor relations and corporate finance role, owning the group's business plan and investor reporting, giving investors and the C-suite visibility on performance. Joshua is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA).
