John Plugge

John is a Senior Associate on the Saturn team based in San Francisco, focusing on software and services investments.

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, John worked at Genstar Capital, where he helped the firm on the successful exit of Sphera as well as the investments in Lightspeed Systems and Ministry Brands. Prior to Genstar, John worked at Credit Suisse in Chicago.

John graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and a Supplementary Major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics.
