Johanna Saitz

Johanna is a member of the Client Services and Fund Structuring team.

Johanna focuses on the structuring and legal issues of Hg’s fund products and financing projects. Prior to joining Hg, Johanna worked at Permira for over four years where she worked on the legal structuring, formation and ongoing operation of the private equity and credit funds. Previously, Johanna worked for Goodwin Procter in the Private Investment Funds practice and completed her training contract at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin).

Johanna holds a degree in Law with Study in Continental Europe from the University of Bristol.
