Jan is a Value Creation Director in Hg’s Value Creation team. Jan works closely with exec chairs, CEOs and leadership teams to lead value creation across our portfolio – aligning on key priorities and value creation plans, partnering with management and functional leaders to shape and deliver key initiatives, and supporting teams through execution.
Experience
Before joining Hg, Jan was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised B2B software and technology clients on growth strategy, commercial acceleration and M&A. Earlier in his career, he held roles at SAP in Germany and Singapore. Jan holds an MBA from INSEAD and M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
