Focus
Jacob is a member of the Mercury team based in the London Office. He works across multiple Hg funds and portfolio companies to generate new platform investments and strategic M&A opportunities. His main focus is the Benelux area and the Tech Services space.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2024, Jacob worked at ABN AMROs Investment Banking Division in the Netherlands and the UK for three years, where he advised clients on Mergers & Acquisitions as well as Equity- and Debt Capital Market transactions.
Jacob holds a Master's Degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in (Business) Economics both from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He speaks English and Dutch.
