Helen joined Hg in 2025 as a HR Systems and Data Manager.
Experience
Before joining Hg, Helen spent three years in telecommunications optimizing, integrating, and aligning HR systems with business goals to ensure accurate workforce data and operational efficiency. Previously, Helen managed complex HR IT projects in the university sector for over 20 years, building deep expertise in HR technology, systems integration, and process improvement. Helen holds an MSc in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London.
