Experience

Grant brings over 20 years of extensive customer success leadership experience across diverse business environments. Having created, transformed, and optimized successful CS operations at bootstrapped startups ($1-30M), mid-sized scaling ($300M), PE-backed acquisitional enterprises ($2B), and global highly complex public companies ($27B), Grant brings an appreciation of what is required for success at each stage of growth. Following an early career in financial services, Grant entered the technology sector in 2003 and has led sales, professional services, customer success, technical support, and renewal teams; building a passion and specialism in post-sale excellence. His international experience includes establishing new operations, and managing teams across EMEA, APJ, and North America.
