Gemma Collins

Gemma is one of the Foundation’s Programme Managers and responsible for a portfolio of our partnerships, with a focus on employability programmes and our work in the USA.

Gemma joined The Hg Foundation in September 2023. Prior to joining the Foundation, Gemma was a Senior Programme Manager at The Sutton Trust, a UK social mobility charity where she managed employability and work experience programmes for 16-18 year olds.

Gemma studied History at Harvard University and has stayed engaged with the university as a trustee for the Harvard Club of the UK and as an alumni volunteer interviewer. She also volunteers for Girlguiding and runs a Brownies unit for 7-10 year old girls in her local area.
