Emma is a Tax Director in the Legal and Tax Team responsible for tax and structuring aspects of the firm’s investments and transactions across its fund platform.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2026, Emma was a Partner in the tax team of Kirkland & Ellis’s London office where she advised on the tax structuring of private equity and credit funds, fund formation and fundraising, continuation fund transactions and carried interest and co-investment arrangements. Emma holds a first class degree in Law, French and French Law from the University of Nottingham. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
