Ellie is a People Business Partner in Hg's People team, partnering with investment leaders on people strategy and talent decisions that drive performance and business outcomes. Her remit includes talent acquisition, development, engagement, and performance in line with the firm's global people priorities.
Experience
Ellie has over 10 years of HR experience within financial services. Prior to joining Hg, she was a Human Capital Business Partner at Apollo, a leading global alternative asset manager, and HR Manager at Cinven, an international private equity firm. She began her career at PGIM, a global leader in asset management, supporting their European real estate, private debt and quantitative investment businesses.
Ellie holds a BA in English and American Literature from Goldsmiths, University of London, and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
