Elie Bolenga

Elie is a member of the Genesis team in London and focuses on investments in the Software and tech services space.

He joined Hg in 2022 from Morgan Stanley where he spent more than 3 years in the Financial Sponsors Execution Group advising private equity clients on M&A and capital market transactions across the EMEA region.

Elie holds a MSc in Finance from HEC Paris and a MSc in Management from Université Catholique de Louvain / ICHEC.

He is Congolese and speaks French, English and Dutch (conversational) alongside his native African languages.
