Elia Maestrucci

Elia is a member of the Genesis team, investing in the mid-cap software and tech services space.

Elia joined Hg in 2024, and he has been involved in the investment in Teamblue. Prior to Hg, Elia worked as an investment professional at Lyvia, focusing on the technology sector. Elia started his career in the M&A Advisory group at HSBC.

Elia is a graduate of the World Bachelor in Business and holds degrees from the University of Southern California, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Bocconi University. He speaks English and Italian.
