Elene is a People Experience Business Partner focusing on leading and supporting projects related to learning & talent development, engagement and culture at Hg.

Prior to Hg, Elene’s career has spanned a variety of corporate, project lead/manager & L&D roles within the ‘Big 4’ as well as a media agency.

Elene is an EMCC accredited Executive Coach and holds a level 5 CIPD Learning & Development qualification. She’s also ACCA qualified and holds a BA in Business Administration.
