Elene Ghelaghutashvili

Elene is a member of the Value Creation Talent team specialising in Culture and Talent, with a particular focus on AI-first culture and talent transformation.

Prior to joining the team, Elene spent 2.5+ years in Hg's internal People team leading talent, engagement and culture initiatives. Her approach blends analytical rigour from nearly a decade at Big Four - where she built first part of her career as a financial auditor - with expertise in behaviour change and talent development. This rare combination enables her to tackle transformation challenges through both data-driven and human-centred angles, now being applied to help accelerate AI adoption across portfolio companies.
