Eamon Rivers

Eamon is a member of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Portfolio Team. Eamon works closely with management teams, boards and Hg functional experts to lead value creation programmes (e.g. 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects.

Eamon has worked with portfolio companies across Hg’s funds and clusters including Litera, Auvesy-MDT, Rhapsody, Sovos, Azets, IRIS and SmartTrade.

Prior to joining Hg in 2018, Eamon spent three years at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he worked on business transformation, corporate strategy, and PE transactions for clients in Europe and North America.
