Focus
Eamon is a Value Creation Director in Hg’s Value Creation Team. He works closely with exec chairs, CEOs and leadership teams to lead value creation at our portfolio companies – often architecting value creation plans (VCPs) to align management and boards on the right priorities, partnering with functional leaders and Hg SMEs to scope and execute value creation projects, and then providing coordination and support to ensure successful execution and outcomes.
Eamon also leads Hg’s Exit Readiness capability which helps ensure Hg portfolio companies are well-positioned to deliver long-term value-creation for future investors.
Experience
Since joining Hg in London in 2018, Eamon has worked closely with portfolio companies across Hg’s funds and clusters; in recent years this has included Gen II, Insightsoftware, Ncontracts, Payworks, Rightsline and Rhapsody.
From 2022–26, Eamon transferred to New York, contributing to the growth of Hg's North American Value Creation Team, before returning to London.
Before joining Hg, Eamon worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he supported on business transformation, corporate strategy and PE transactions for clients globally.
