Eamon Rivers

Eamon is a Value Creation Director in Hg’s Value Creation Team. He works closely with exec chairs, CEOs and leadership teams to lead value creation at our portfolio companies – often architecting value creation plans (VCPs) to align management and boards on the right priorities, partnering with functional leaders and Hg SMEs to scope and execute value creation projects, and then providing coordination and support to ensure successful execution and outcomes. 

Since joining Hg in 2018, Eamon has worked with numerous companies across Hg’s funds and clusters including AUVESY-MDT, Azets, Benevity, Gen II, insightsoftware, IRIS, Litera, Prophix, Rhapsody, smartTrade, Sovos, and The Citation Group. 

Eamon also leads Hg’s Exit Readiness capability which helps ensure Hg portfolio companies are well-positioned to deliver long-term value-creation for future investors.
