Anna Paternostro

Anna is an People Business Partner in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining Hg, Anna worked at a global private equity firm as the lead HR Manager for the firm’s U.S. offices. She is a true generalist with extensive experience in employee relations, talent acquisition & management, DEI, compensation, immigration, benefits, and payroll.

She graduated from Pace University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in pre-law.
