William Holmes

Will is a member of Hg’s Genesis team and focuses on investments in B2B software and services, and financial technology. He is involved with Hg’s investments in Access Group, Gen II Fund Services, Trackunit and FE fundinfo. He was also involved with the sale of Achilles to Bridgepoint.

He joined Hg in 2019 from Perella Weinberg Partners in London, where he spent more than three years in the TMT and UK teams advising corporate and private equity clients on M&A.

William received his BA from University College London where he majored in Economics and French.
