Julia Keenlyside

Julia is Senior Legal Counsel in the firm’s Legal team.

Julia specialises in M&A, corporate restructurings and equity arrangements. In her role at Hg, Julia works on M&A transactions for the Hg funds as well as material portfolio company M&A and is also involved in fundraising, compliance matters and the ESG regulatory framework.

Julia holds a degree in international management and French from the University of Bath and a degree in law from the College of Law. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
