Arshiya Fazal

Arshiya is a member of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Portfolio Team. Arshiya works closely with management teams, boards and Hg functional experts to lead value creation programmes (e.g. 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects.

Arshiya has worked with portfolio companies across Hg’s funds and clusters including IRIS, FE fundinfo, TrustQuay & Intelerad. She also leads the M&A Community at Hg helping portfolio companies adopt best practices across the M&A life cycle.

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, Arshiya was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in the Life Sciences practice helping companies in the US and EU on a spectrum of topics primarily focused on growth, innovation, strategy, and commercial excellence. Prior to McKinsey, Arshiya worked at Epic, an electronic health records company, where she managed health IT transformations at large provider systems and collaborated closely with physicians to develop and launch new products. She has also founded her own company in the femtech space.
