Shirin Veeran

Shirin is the CRM and Data Manager working in the Central Operations team in London and is responsible for the CRM platform at Hg.

Over the last 8 years, she has worked with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and custom solutions looking after the strategy, governance, platform management and adoption, integration, migration and automation.

Shirin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Distinction) and an MBA specialized in Marketing (First Class), both from the University of Calicut.

She started her career in education and lived in Saudi Arabia and India, prior to settling in the UK. She is a Board Trustee at Pioneer Educational Trust.

Shirin is a native English and Malayalam speaker, fluent in Hindi and conversant in Tamil, Urdu and Arabic.
