Dushy joined Hg as a Partner and Head of the Secondaries team, bringing over two decades of private equity and secondaries expertise. In his role Dushy oversees the teams investment activities, driving origination, GP diligence, transaction execution and monitoring.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg, Dushy spent 7 years as a Managing Director and Head of Secondaries at CPP Investments. Prior to his role at CPPIB, Dushy served as the Head of Origination at Rede Partners and as Director at British International Investment (formerly CDC Group). Dushy spent over 10 years as an LP at Pantheon Ventures, where next to his involvement in primaries, secondaries and co-investments he served as a member on a number of the firm’s investment committees. Dushy began his career at Morgan Stanley, following obtaining BSc in Biochemistry from King's College London.
