William Pritchard

Will is a member of the Hg Saturn Team, focusing on large cap investments in the software and services space with a particular focus on ERP software.

He joined Hg in 2022 from Goldman Sachs Corporate Private Equity, where he focused on infrastructure assets facilitating the energy transition in Europe. Prior to this he worked in M&A at DC Advisory, advising on mid-market private equity transactions.

Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, with First Class Honours. His interests include social mobility and equal opportunities in finance, which he supports via SEO London and UpReach, in addition to scuba diving and marine conservation.
