Tim Ramsdale

Tim is the firm’s Tax Manager.

Having joined Hg from PwC, Tim specialises in tax compliance and advisory for private equity funds and management,  and has extensive experience of working with funds on tax issues arising at each stage of the investment lifecycle. In his role at Hg, Tim works on fund and management tax compliance as well as portfolio and executive tax matters.

Tim graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Psychology and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
