Nicola Pugh

Nicola joined Hg in 2017. She is a HR Business Partner with a range of responsibilities that include resourcing, employee relations and L&D.  

Before joining Hg, Nicola worked as a management consultant on various projects which involved helping clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR function. Prior to this, she was a Consultant and HR Generalist at Accenture.

Nicola holds a LLB in Law from Sheffield University, a MSc in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.
