Matt Lau-Hansen

As an Associate in the Genesis team, based out of New York, Matt focuses on software and services investments in North America.

Matt joined Hg in 2022 from Barclays, where he worked on the TMT Lending and Technology Coverage teams in New York and Menlo Park, executing M&A and leveraged loan transactions for software companies.  Prior to Barclays, Matt worked at Covington Associates in healthcare investment banking.

Matt holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Connecticut College.
