Agnes Pei

Based in Hg’s New York office, Agnes focuses on software investments as a member of Hg’s Saturn team focused on large-cap investments.

Agnes joined Hg in 2022 from Citi Investment Banking Division in New York, where she worked in the Global Technology group executing software M&A, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financing transactions.

Agnes graduated magna cum laude from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania and received a B.Sc. from The Wharton School and a B.A. from College of Arts and Sciences. She is a native Mandarin and English speaker and is also conversant in German.
