Tom is the Head of Marketing at Hg, also overseeing communications for the firm. Previously specialising in private equity and financial services, Tom joined Hg having spent nearly 10 years in communications, working on the consultancy side at Maitland.
Tom has worked with a range of large-, mid- and small-cap companies – both public and private – with responsibilities including strategic marketing, communications and investor relations advice, planning and implementation.
His project work has also included numerous high profile M&A, capital markets, restructuring and shareholder communication situations.
Tom holds a degree in Psychology from Newcastle University.
