This long-standing event is an opportunity for executives from across the Hg portfolio to discuss topics such as understanding customer loss, managing customer health, customer ROI, organisational and systems enablers, creating a differentiated customer experience and establishing and driving customer communities.

In 2017 40 executives representing 15 portfolio companies, as well as a selected number of outside practitioners and experts, met for a day in London. Highlights included a keynote speech by Dan Steinman of Gainsight as well as a number of working sessions, focused on sharing practical insights and learnings on driving value through customer success.
