At Hg’s 2019 Sales & Marketing conference, over 100 executives from across the Hg portfolio came together to discuss how to interlock sales and marketing teams, processes and data tech to optimise a business’ ‘Revenue Engine’.

Led by Jolanta Pilecka, Mark Fulford and Chris Kindt, the forum saw a great keynote from Aaron Ross (entrepreneur and author of Predictable Revenue), who described his approach to building a predictable sales machine, and the sales management, KPIs, and processes that underpin this predictable growth generation.

We were also excited to have Gainsight’s Dan Steinman on full organisational alignment, Jon Miller (Co-Founder of Marketo and ABM solution, Engagio), Krista Hobson (Hobson & Company) and Humphrey Walters on nurturing high-performing teams.
